Description
Found out today via a tip from *Skokie that I don't need to fake HDRI in C4D. I guess I got hold of an old tutorial... This is the last of the fakes (it was rendering while I was answering my messages)....Sizes in Zip:
1600x1200
1280x1024
1024x768
8^)
*** (I should have done this days ago) `Casperium borrowed this model the other day with amazing results. Check out the links below to see what she did with it!

I like the refractions/reflections on that model. Not to mention the backdrop fits it well.

Tell you what, I'll post the 3ds of this object in my Scraps, and then you can have your way with it (no charge, hahaha). Thanks for the 3Dcommune tip, I'll have to check that out (a few $ never hurts!)
And... Just plain 'Thanks!'

Love it! But if there is any chance for a high-resolution one?

How large do you need it? There's a 1600x1200 in the Zip file, but I guess I could do it bigger...

It's, umm... awesome of you to say that!
The objects can indeed be exported, 3ds and dxf I know for sure, and probably just about anything else. Got your eye on something in particular, or... ?

Well,, that tentacled object you use would be perfect for a Bryce abstract... You should sell them, I know there is a market,, I for one would buy them...lol... There are several people at the 3dcommune that sell really weird shaped objects, but they are not as nice as yours...

Why thank you very much!!!! 3dcommune, also Renderosity, Poser Pro and quite a few other markets out there for your to post models... Check out a guy named poisen at Renderosity, he makes a lot of stuff using Xfrog ( which is a tree maker) but he makes a lot of alien looking things with it.. Quite a few others also make weird shapes, and if they can sell their stuff, you should be able to make a few yourself.... I used to make models in Rhino and sell them way back when,, but my skills were basic and soon many people came out with great models that looked excellent, and made my stuff look like toys,,lol,, so i stopped selling mine..lol..
C4D... Cinema 4D? I didnt know it was a modeling app... Might have to check it out..

Just got that uploaded [link] I can't wait to see what you come up with... I also appreciate the advice, since I am a capitalist at heart 8^) C4D is well worth a look, in my opinion. If you like Bryce you'll love C4D. From my somewhat limited-experience viewpoint it's kind of a cross between Bryce and 3D Studio Max. There's tons of good tutorials around for it, too....
