Arcana occasionally has dreams of his late wife, whom he met as a young and dapper haunter, a subject he'd rather not bring up. Valentine's Day doesn't seem to help his situation either.

Arcana moved to Pokette Town after his prize winnings from his days at the Battle Frontier dried up to start life anew as an entertainer and learn to let go of the past, though it seems it's much harder than it looks.

Lately he's been avoiding fellow residents to collect his thoughts.
