There are times when Minor or Backgroundd Charries will not fit the needs of a situation. For example in Worst Possible Sitch I needed a walk-on hench to be shocked to see Kim with Shego in the Lair. Henchperson Thirteen proved so popular from that initial brief appearance, she had to make more and more and has graduated from a walk-on extra to a full OC.
