I took a picture from Scarlett and the Baroness from the Internet and cut them out.
There was something written on the Baroness trousers. So I had to make a retouche to remove the letters.
Then I painted the heads of Kim and Shego on my own.
At the end I placed them in front of a screencapture from the KP episode "The Ron Factor" and rearranged the colors.

Normally an adult person has a ratio head:body = 1:8 in KP pictures the ratio is about 1:5 more the size of a childs head.

I've never understood the allure of the crossbow in the fantasy world, especially a pistol-type. You fire one low-power shot, and that's it. Multiple opponents, you're gone. In the Middle Ages, the crossbow was totally eclipsed by the English long bow; more accurate, lighter, faster rate of fire. It's like the superheroes who go into battle with a sword in one hand and a plasma blaster in the other. How do they decide which they're going to use? Kim/Scarlett would be better served with a brace of pistols like Shego. I'm not criticizing your picture, it's G.I. Joe's fault.
