I know I am about 2 weeks late for that but...
Every single year I am drawing something for myself for my birthday
I wanted to do the same this year!
This time I drew my Kira in her bat version (I havent done that in ages)
I am so pround of this one!!! ;AAAA;
I really hope my mobian art can go this direction! I love how lights and perspective turned out on this one

First thing I noticed was the lack of shading on the chains. Because of this, to me, the chains just seemed like they weren't... there... I would try adding some shading and lighting on the chains so that way they pop out a little more.
Now onto the positive things so that way I don't feel like a jerk. I really like the idea behind this. Your character looks the least bit concerned about being chained up, and I really love the blur effect, it makes the piece look a little more dramatic yet a little easier on the eyes in a way. Speaking of easier on the eyes, I like the colors that you used for your character. They seem to work really well with each other.
Well... I think that's all I have to say. I'm a bit rusty because I haven't critiqued in a while, but I hope this'll help you.

Very, very nice drawing! I love the coloring, it's very clean and detailed. Also the chains look awesome and fit the drawing perfectly. I love the color choices of the character design, and her wings are gorgeous as well! However, I think the most impressive part of this drawing is her pose and expression, it's all very natural looking. Visually, the drawing is outstanding!
Though the design of the oc is great, it's not anything super special. Her outfit is definitely my favorite thing about her, though I'm not too hyped about the rest of her design. To be honest, I feel her design is a little too much. The wings, the long tail and hair, and her fox ears make it confusing to know what species she is.
Once again, it's obvious the artist here is very talented. Everything from the line work to the coloring is beautifully done. The simplicity of the background really makes the character stand out more and it fits this piece very well!
For impact I really can't say much. It's a great fan character and the art is amazing but I don't see anything particularly inspiring about this piece. Never the less, you're art is amazing and you should definitely keep doing what you're doing!

I always like critiques, because I spam people with my long messages that way. XD But talking about this picture was so needed! I ABSOLUTELY AM INTRIGUED with your coloring and shading! It almost gives the picture another worldly feel to it and the character looks so amazing and awesome, the chains just give her another cool effect! The point of view is also really cool because as you look down it feels it could travel on forever and ever. It really does feel like I'm in another world and I could jump in~ You did absolutely great and the whole picture is beautifully done~

Keep fighting the good fight. One day there will be another Sonic game as good as Sonic 3 and Knuckles and another cartoon as good as Sat Am. If so you make them yourself.
