The owner has the right to do what they want with the model. The owner even said it's private for the MOMENT, based on what was agreed upon. What's so hard to understand about that? It's called commissioning, heard of it? I'll educate you on the subject, it's when a person pays another to not only make something for them like a picture or a model in this case, but to showcase it however the user desires, whether it's public or private. When one commissions another to do something, the person has the choice of whether they want it used publicly or privately.
This model hasn't even been complete yet. You've been told many times now. In fact there are many things that remain indefinite with this model. Like whether it will stay private or not, and how it still has a few more details to go before completion. The question of whether it will remain private or not, as well as this being in the testing stages still is yet to be ascertained. You have no right to judge all these things about the creator and the model when they haven't even become absolute certainties in word or design yet.
And yet here you are jumping to conclusions and making out the owner to be the bad guy when he is doing what is legitimately right by doing what is required.Β You think you're the voice of the majority of TTTE fans? Quite the contrary, your ludicrous claims are that of the minority, a complaint with no reasoning and no solid grounds for support making you look like a fool in the process. This user has respectfully explained to you that the model they have created is unfinished, and once completed will be released to the public. Just because a model LOOKS finished, does not mean that it has been completed. Now yes, they have given the model to a few users, that does not mean that they are using it to show off. That means that those users had either
A) commissioned the model for their own PERSONAL use, and not for others to use. or
B) they are testing the model to make sure it is fit for release to the public.Β
You need to acknowledge and respect their wishes, especially if this was a commissioned model for someone to use privately.Β
With that being said, the creator of this model has also stated that the model is due for release soon, meaning that it is going to be public soon. You need to be patient and wait for when that happens. Using outdated petty insults and crying about it in the comment section like a spoiled little brat will not make the release date come any faster, and may actually cause you to be banned from using the model when it is eventually released.Β
Oh yes, while on the topic of you being a whiny spoiled little boy, need I remind you that the DA rules state that harassment and foul behavior can get you permanently banned? 1. The commissioner is giving it out to people - nothing to do with me. I only gave it out to Fizzled, SudderyStudios and a few others.
2. This is just one livery - I'm doing a lot more, there's going to be 13 liveries in total.
Just because it looks done to you doesn't mean it actually is - I've got a few more liveries to do and then I'm waiting on some assets from another member of the Sodor Workshops team. Once that's all sorted it'll be released.
