end of a story...to the end Resi has saved the Fizz's heart... she has hidden it inside Den, the nighttime monster won't disappear

Sad and beautiful end, the last two pages,I couldn't see that,Fizz was...sweet? to his human friend.
I don't know if I understood,but it looks like Den has his soul and Fizz? (like,maybe they can chat in dreans,see each other?)
