Among the ghosts of the past and the emanations of the future, one flower's little light shines. It's a poignant journey but the transient bloom is making the most of it and I admire this. No looking back, the flowering life looks ahead as the sadness of experience looks on and the petals fall. A marvellous one this, Fizzy!
