okok, recently I've been seeing a few pieces of art where people try and draw something glowing, and they do the top thing on this image, so I thought I'd make this just for some tips!.
There is nothing wrong with the top one, and it still looks like it's glowing and everything, but doing the bottom example can help just take your art a step further and really make things look like they're glowing!

again, if you do the first one, it's fine! Just through I'd share some tips form my experiences ^^
