Really neat shot. It left me wanting more, without actually needing more to get what's going on. Sometimes just knowing that someone's close by is enough
...and for some reason I really like that one is in jeans and the other in shorts. Maybe for the contrast? Or because it hints at the season? ..hm

I really like this picture, and all your others to be quite honest...you have some serious talent. Im hoping to get myself a decent digital camera this christmas and have a go at playing around. Id love to be able to create stuff like this. ANy tips would be greatly appreciated.

thanks : ) as far as advice go all I can tell you is to just take pictures ... experiment like crazy ... try everything ... its really not about how someone else takes photos ... you have to build your very own creative way of doing it ... but that doesn't mean you cant get inspiration along the way. I cant tell you how many times I've looked at a shot and been like "Wow I really really like that" and then just a few days later I see a shot similair to it ... I just make it my own. OH! and Photofiltre ... go to google, search it, then download ... that program really really helps ... especially if you don't have the money to go out and get like adobe. Its free and it has basically all the same things ... although you really cant beat adobe ... anywhoo best luck on the christmas wish!
