Yes, its that other speedster, Jesse Quick! Currentlyshes de-powered, but I hope she'll get restored and be back running(and flying) as Jesse Quick again. Shes cool. This was actually a sketch in pen but I liked it and coloured it anyway. So the lines are scribbly. There are loads of mistakes, but I still kinda like it.Related content

So do I! I'm hoping she'll get repowered and see some action soon as Jesse Quick again! Then she can join the JSA AND be their manager at the same time.

Awww... I have to say this turned out incrediably awesome. You've done a great job with her proportions. Her face and hair, I'd say, are the most stunning features you've done for this image. Her eye(s) looks entrancing. Like she's completely focused on whatever may be at hand.
I always loved the whole coloring a sketch technque. It brings such an awesome dimension to a piece in general.
