Nah, a finshed design. An hovercraft, maybe it's the add on armor on the thrust vents/engines that gives the impreesion of there'll be mor to the bottom, but no tha't about all...

Looks really cool tho, not saying because it looked like a WIP that it didn't look finished.
You should make some thrust effect coming from the 4 jets with like photoshop or something.
