Stream is the energy that allows Vedas to flyWhat are Vedas? Some kind of flying vehicles used in Dimentionae.
Ratchet is repairing a Veda (not theirs xD They don't own a Veda).
Xianghia is helping him, but didn't know the case containing the Stream was a fragile material. So she broke it.
