The very description of the scene:
After another nervous breakdown, Dipper (in the role play he has supernatural powers) decides to commit suicide and locked in his own world (the reason to describe a long time, because I will say briefly: in anger he killed too many innocent and considered himself a monster, so decided to commit suicide in order to not hurt those he loves, especially Bill). Bill, left in his world, encourages the spirit of Axolotl and asks him, "Why Dipper brought me back to life?". Next, plunged into the water, comes the dialogue with the Axolotl, in which bill asks the Axolotl again to take it to him and to erase forever, that the Axolotl will atachet that "the death of bill is nothing but a insult that Dipper sacrificed himself to bring bill to life."
