My hum!version of reverse Bill Cipher - Will CipherNow explain where his right eye. At the conclusion of the deal with Dipper and Mabel Gleeful, they rip out his eye, and studied, dividing it in half to assign part of the power of the demon themself. That is, each of the halves of the eyes gives power to each of the twins.
