incest is actually damaging to the gene pool especially in heterosexual couples who can produce babies that will biologically become "insane" and will progressively become more like "mutants". I'm not familiar with the title of the movie but I think "The Hills have Eyes" is a good example of how insane and disgusting incest over the years can become. (then again i think Game of Thrones has a bit of incest in it)
