I feel like he has, but when he did the first time it really upset him so he started avoiding Cy whenever he was upset, which obviously upset Cy. So, they talked about it and started trying coping methods, and he probably hurts him every so often, but Cy knows that Fallout doesn't mean it, he's very understanding of mental illnesses <3Β
