I think this may be Fallout's first official ref as well...

Age: 16 in Wolf Years
Species: Fantasy Wolf
Likes: Science, pop punk music, raves, partying, steampunk, video games, dancing, singing, and chokers.
Dislikes: Being bored, others bullying his friends, isolation, being ignored or unnoticed, and most slow songs.
Relations: Close friends with Cherri-Bomb and Cyanide, also friends with Fire-Dance.
Bio: Ever since he was a pup, Fallout has always tried to be the center of attention. He loves partying, (though he is straight-edge, so no alcohol or drugs for him) and attending raves with Fire-Dance. He also enjoys learning about science, and likes to perform experiments. Due to his interest in science, his friends sometimes refer to him as "Professor Punk." Fallout enjoys flirting with Cherri-Bomb, though he has little romantic interest in her. While Fallout is much more outgoing than his best friend Cyanide, he is very close with him, and the two understand each other regardless of their differences.
