Nicely drawn, I personally like the eyes the most.
the body is well drawn, and proportionate.
Everything is colored in properly, and there isn't anything out of the lines. (Lol on that one)
Great choice of colors. The bright and happy is almost contagious.
The whiskers are kind of weird, though still pretty cool. XD
The sky is neat, and I love the expression on her face.
It's almost like she knows she's a picture. o_o
I love the way you draw in general. You don't have to just go detail crazy and overdo. This is simple and sweet.
