Description
This is how I draw eyes1. Sketch the outline
2. Bold in the outline
3. Add the base pupil color
4. Shade it with a semi dark color
5. Shade it with a darker color
6. Add the iris now it looks like a yandere
7. Add in the spots you want to highlight
8. Add sparkly shit with another layer with Add (in medibang) or Luminous (in Sai)
9. Add more sparkly shit
