Mm...no, i dont find them that similar...I think he's closer to Ghastly, actually. They're both round, at least.

Oh, yes very true, it does look more like Ghastly in a way.

What I meant is that it reminded me of that old episode of Pokemon where Ash meets the "ghostly trio" and Haunter licks Charmander and Misty I think.

Also,it looks like the King Boo from Sunshine.
