Just as I get my phone looking great with your last theme you go and put up another that I have to have! NOW!
Oh well, it's fun to have to go through all the icons anyway!

For a w960i you unzip the pack to your computer, find the .utz file and upload to phone via the usb fast file transfer. then, using the phones file manager, browse and install.
If you want to change the icons to match you have to do them one by one unfortunately as far as I know atm!
