1. Once you pay for your adoptable, it becomes yours. Please do not use an adoptable until your offer is accepted and you have paid.
2. Put "Worm Time" in your comment so I can be sure you read the rules!
3. Try not to let the adoptables sit untouched. If you know you're not going to use it, don't buy/claim it!
4. You are allowed to change the design as you would like. I'll try not to give defined genders so that you can pick on your own.
5. You are free to use the adoptable in any way you would like (art, comics, writing, etc). Just make sure to credit me for the character!

6. If you choose to resell an adoptable, please sell at the same price or lower unless it has extra art or writing. Make sure that I'm still given credit as well!
7. Free adopts can't be resold, only gifted or traded.

8. You may re-gift any adoptable you purchase.
9. Do not claim any art of mine as your own!
