Well... we don't know much about Azrael in a fight, right? In a contest of straight up hitting, Asriel wins. Azrael can be googolplexes, Graham's numbers, even Tree(3)s times larger than the entire universe, but Asriel will STILL be able to effortlessly 1-shot him because of infinite attack, and similarly be unable to be hurt by Azrael because of infinite defense.
It'll come down to what kind of 'hacks' they have. Asriel's got his resets, but what does Azrael bring to the table? I don't know, but an answer to 'who would win' must ask THAT question.
Because in terms of raw power, it is mathematically impossible to beat Asriel.
