"Who's a good girl? Huh? Who's a good girl? It's you! You're a good girl!"

So, in Anastasia Burns' bio , I mentioned that she owns a Doberman Pinscher named Turandot, after the titular character of the famous Puccini opera . Turandot is the daughter of two of Mr. Burns' hounds (a male named Slayer and a female named Scout), and while her siblings were all trained to be Mr. Burns' ruthless guard dogs, Turandot was chosen by his then-six-year-old daughter Anastasia to be her pet. Anastasia and Turandot have been pretty much inseparable ever since. As such, I decided to draw Anastasia petting Turandot and telling her that she's a good dog.

Some addendums:
-Unlike the rest of Mr. Burns' hounds, who have cropped ears and docked tails (as is common among Doberman Pinschers, especially when they're trained to be guard dogs), Turandot is a natural Doberman, whose ears and tail were left alone. Ear cropping and tail docking are both done when a dog is only a few days old (5 days is common), so when all the puppies in Turandot's litter were being taken to the vet get their ears cropped and tails docked, Anastasia stepped in and specifically requested that Turandot stay behind and not have her ears cropped or tail docked, so that it would be easier to tell which puppy in the litter was hers.
-Anastasia isn't wearing her suit jacket here, because she doesn't want Turandot to jump up and get her paw prints all over it.
-Turandot's collar is light blue and decorated with gems. Anastasia chose that collar because Princess Turandot, the character Turandot is named after, is associated with cold and ice. Hence the color and the crystals.
