This was something that I drew today. I just feel...kinda depressed lately. Anyways, I got the wing help from a DNAngel manga cover.

Poor Shanyn...poor me...*sigh*

Here's just some random excerpt from my brain for this:

Shanyn pulled her legs into herself and wrapped her wings around her body to keep it warm. The rattling chain wrapped around her ankle and the tight metal collar around her neck reminded her of how she had been stolen, caught, and locked up, just because of who she was.
Just thinking about it made her sniff before she started to cry, tears streaming down her face as her memories consumed her once more.
Someone came and stared at her through the bars of her cage. She moved one wing to the side to see who is was, keeping one half covering her face to try to hide the evidence of her tears.
She couldn't do this any longer.
