Azula has Ursa's lips and eyes, but her eyes sorta has Ozai's evil gleam? 
She still looks like Ursa but because she doesn't act like her whatsoever we don't see it. Everything about her just screams Ozai.
People keep arguing whether she looks like Ursa or Ozai, she can look like both parents you know.

She looks evil but she is not truly evil like her father according to Mike and Bryan. To me, sometimes she looks like Ursa when she doesn't have the evil face.

Just revisiting some deviations and wanted to let you know that I completely agree. Β Zuko looks like Ursa, while Azula looks like Ozai. Β I don't see much of any resemblance between Zuko and Ozai -- the facial features are completely different. Β Zuko's eyes, eyebrows, and mouth are rounded, like his mother's features, whereas Ozai is drawn with harsh, jagged features, to bring to attention the striking similarity to his daughter.Β
