Can you give me a short description to the appearance of your MSiH OCs?

Here are the MP girls':

Mikoto - Short red hair, red eyes, maid headband-like headpiece, red lace-lined long dress, matching red shawl, string with a golden token threaded through it tied around her neck, long black sleeves, blach shoes with rolled-down socks, four large light red "arms" extending from behind her

Kaiser Sara - Long sandy blonde hair, blue eyes, Roman/Greek leaf crown, plain light pink dress with yellow trim on the edges, scarlet buttoned cape, light blue under-dress with dark blue trim and with a small dark blue flower-like decal, pink ribbon sewn into the dress and tied at the front, Roman sandals, surrounded by some floating knives

Imouto - light grey-aqua hair with in a low ponytail, outfit and on-hand items are similar to upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia…, except only more Touhou loli-like and she has a glowing chess board and chess pieces floating around her person

Yara - Long brown hair, brown eyes, hat like Maribel's only red, yellow sleeveless shirt over a black short-sleeved blouse with puffed sleeves, navy blue skirt with green and light blue trim, red ballet shoes

Ameri - Short puffy brown hair, brown eyes that become red/green heterochromic when she uses her spellcard, lace-trimmed aviator goggles with green/red tinted lenses (like 3D glasses) on top of her head, brown vest with white buttons over a short-sleeved white blouse with puffed sleeves, Reimu-style "detatched sleeves" on her lower arms, white knee-length skirt, sky-blue apron with cloud pictures over the skirt, brown wings, has a small picture of an airplane on the apron

Reangold - Short dark reddish-brown hair, red eyes, costume and on-hand items are basically wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images… only that she has a lace-trimmed skirt instead of the pants and her shoes are black with knee-high socks, she also carries a yellow paper lantern

Tensai - Short messy white hair like Sabitsuki's, pink eyes, what seems to be a patterned pink wide hairband (described by me as a PIECE OF BRAIN) on her head, white blouse with short puffed sleeves, green ribbon tied around her shirt collar, black corset-like article of clothing with pink ribbons stitched into the front over her blouse, dark pink skirt which fades to white at the bottom and has E=mc2 written on the white part, plain black shoes like Yoshika's, fairy wings on her back that are a bit like Cirno's only more organic and they are pink and match with her hairband, carries a book in her left arm and has a piece of chalk in her right hand

Nachiko - short poofy light brown hair, light brown eyes, yellow bow on the back of her head, plain white sleeveless kimono that is short on one side and long on the other, black obi with multicoloured buttons around her waist, sky blue sleeves that have eye patterns on them, the short side shows a few different coloured layers (like in the picture I posted), black shoes with a yellow bow that matches the one on her head, carries what seems to be a diary with a Nazi swastika on it

Jude - fluffy light blue hair with a side ponytail on the right side tied with red string, yellow eyes, modified Nazi costume with lace, Jewish star of David with "Jude" (that's German for Jew) sewn onto her shirt over her heart, the same obi that her sister Nachiko has around her waist, black shoes, has the Israeli flag and a Jewish candle object floating around her

Melbourne - long dark-ish blonde hair tied in a braided style, red eyes, Qing dynasty official's hat with some decorative ornaments to it, her outfit is a Touhou-like stylised version of the Qing dynasty official's gown, her feet are obscured by the dress, mechanical-ish wings with turquoise crystals on them, carries a book with the Chinese characters for history written on them, is surrounded by some gears and mechanical-like contraptions matching with the wings

Futo - Seaweed green hair, green eyes of the same colour, navy blue and silver frilly bow on top of her head (like Star Sapphire), hairstyle is somewhat a cross between Seiga and Benben, except that the ends of the hair "tails" are curled, blue long-sleeved shirt with a navy blue and silver frilly bow tie, pink skirt with darker pink lace, dark pink shoes with white rolled-down socks

Sechzehn - you know already, except that in her official art she is standing on a small log cabin and the Derringer is smoking a little

Sechzehn (II) - short black hair in a more masculine haircut, Abraham Lincoln style beard, same stovepipe hat except without the blue ribbon tied around it, traditional Victorian era men's clothiong except with a grey skirt instead of trousers, black shoes, basically this is pretty much just Abraham Lincoln wearing a skirt

Here's the MSiH girls:

Kuwashiyuki Hoko: Has very dark blue chest length hair with silverish blue eyes. Wears a dark red tree patterned kimono with a black obi. Has a ghostly wisp replacing her legs.

Sakkaku Ongaku: Has light grey hair & tangerine eyes. Wears a purple vest with a grey short sleeved shirt with a skirt that has wavy patterns in it. She has headphones on her ears & earphones wrapped around her fingers.

Ragaka Kozue: You should already know, except she has leafs swirling around her.

Nukoruki: Has dark blue neck length hair tied in a side ponytail with black beads, & has cobalt eyes. Wears a buttoned up dress vest with pockets in it. Has four circle-like weights tied to a belt around her waist, which she seems to be holding onto one of the anchors on her hips. She has electronic boots & a blue shell-like backpack on her back with one strap around her shoulder. She has a black cap (like Nitori's) with a Duracell™ logo on it. She seems to be carrying a gyroscope in her other hand.

Naigareiji Yuujie: Has dark blue shoulder length hair & eyes. Wears a beige blanket with flower patterns on it. Has a Greek/Roman headdress leaf thing on her head.

Noroyumi Nitagi: Has shoulder length cobalt hair tied in a side ponytail by pink beads & has hot pink eyes. Wears a light orange kimono with a light pink gradient near her right shoulder & has geta sandals, but they aren't visible, due to the cloud she's floating on. Shr has a red obi & a gold star-like trophy hat on her head with clouds coming out. It rains when she gets sad, hails when she gets angry, & snows when she's happy. She's also carrying an scepter with arrow heads with rotating rings on both ends. The scepter is curved sharply at the center which is a reference to Zeus's lightning bolt in Greek mythology.

Tanakaraishi Miyoko: Has black chest length hair with red & blue gradients, also has heterchromia eith red & blue eyes. Wears a short sleeved shirt with red & blue decals, & a purple skirt. Has black shoes. She is carrying red & blue flags in her hands, & has 3 kunai-like energy balls floating around the flags. Wears a black cap similar to Lily Black's.

If I designed the MSiH girls:

*Hoko: Light green hair and eyes, hair is in a "Hime cut" (think Kaguya), wears a ghost triangle cloth on her head that has a dark red maple leaf printed on it, white kimono with a few fading red flower prints on the ends of the kimono and her sleeves, dark red obi with a golden string with a yellow maple leaf secured under the string, doesn't have footwear aside from a golden ring around her left ankle, on-hand items are an iron cudgel in one hand and a double heart-shaped leaf in the other

*Ongaku: Short silver hair that is messy like Sabitsuki's, grey eyes, headphones/earmuffs with wires connecting to a miniature loudspeaker attatched to her belt, violet-blue T-shirt with an Aztec/Inca styled picture of a sun with bleeding eyes, dark blue skirt with silver trim and a white frilly layer under it, white ballet shoes

*Kozue: Dark forest-green hair in a ponytail tied with a very big green leaf, red eyes, brown vest over a light green long-sleeved blouse, red bow tie on the collar of the blouse, brown skirt with small lime green tree patterns on the edges, doesn't have footwear, on-hand items are a big tree branch with green leaves on it, there is a yellow talisman with Chinese characters written on it (like those used on jiang shis) stuck on the branch

*Nukoruki: Long crimson hair with two locks tied with yellow cube-shaped beads at the ends in front, red eyes and two diclonius horns on her head, yellow Chinese-like sleeveless shirt with yellow Reimu-like detatched sleeves, white skirt which is in a pumpkin shape, white shoes, on-hand items are what seems to be curved white up and down arrows

*Yuujie: Long curly white hair, fancy flower-like hair accessory, magenta eyes, white nightgown dress with long sleeves which only her fingers are visible, geta sandals with tabi socks, has a patchwork quilt blanket tied around her shoulders like Superman's cape or something, on-hand items are a red paper windmill

*Nitagi: Chocolate brown short hair, headdress that looks like this one upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia… , blue Chinese-like long-sleeved gown with patterns although not like the ones in the reference, the ends and sleeves of the gown have black frills, feet obscured by the dress, standing on and is surrounded with a bunch of clouds, on-hand items are a Greek-like jug pouring water

Hmmm... it's strange that your Hoko, Ongaku, & Kozue designs were alike xD I was thinking to make Ongaku have Sabitsuki hair xD Hoko's hair should already be in a Kaguya kut (lmao so fun to say //hitbyjeweledbranch), & I love your Kozue design -3-

If I designed the MP girls? Hmmm...

Mikoto: Long dark blue hair & red eyes. Has a blue dress with red waves, wears orange boots with blue laces. Also has a red jumbow in her hair. Has a piece of coral in her left hand.

Kaiser: short crimson hair & scarlet eyes. Has a short sleeved tangerine dress adorned with many black ribbons. Has no footwear, but has about three purple ankle bracelets. Has a pink shawl.

Imouto: Short silverish blue hair in a side ponytail tied by 2 blue beads & has cobalt eyes. Is wearing a pale blue long sleeved dress that looks like it has crayon markings in it. Wears a big hat that has apples with bows in them. Wears two geta sandals.

Jude: has blonde hair in a ponytail & orange eyes. For the dress, think Mitama from MMP xD

Yara: Grey Sabitsuki hair & blue eyes. Has an eyeglass around one eye. Wears a brown dress with heart shaped patterns on it & is wearing a blue kesa with wrap patterns. Has a blue boot & a geta sandal for footwear. Is carrying a gyro in one hand & a stack of books in another.

5th stage boss (I keep forgetting her name for some reason lol //shot): Has longbrown hair & green eyes. Is wearing a mahogany short sleeved shirt with an orange vest on it. Has a puffy skirt with orange frills & a pumpkin pattern on it adorned by jumbows. Has no footwear.

Melbourne: Rumia & Cirno's child °€°

Sechzehn: A girlified Lincoln with a trenchcoat & scarf, has a black bow in her hair. Long brown boots with black laces & a belt that has kunai on it.

Jude Stern is the stage 5 boss, by the way. I think you may be referring to Tensai. Tensai is the stage 4 boss.

LOL AND I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WOULD SAY MELBOURNE HOCHSTYLEN IS RUMIA AND CIRNO LOVECHILD. XD The original Melbourne does sort of look like Rumia + Cirno lmao. Only more technical-like. And she's a traditional-styled jiang shi. :/

But I'm a little confused with a few things:

Mikoto Yaobi is an akateko, aren't they supposed to be red and have hand motifs? :/ I'm sorry if I got crap wrong or anything, but it's odd.

Kaiser Sara is based off Julius Caesar, so wouldn't it be appropriate if they had a few similarities? Defining traits like the headdress. :/ IDK.

Imouto is based of Ivan Grozny so, same thing as the Kaiser Sara thing before.

Yara Blutsauger is a formerly human yara-ma-yha-who. I find it wierd that they would have gyroscope and books on-hand. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yara-ma-…

Sechzehn is either midget cute little girl or midget cute little dead US president. Normally shown as midget cute little girl, but she's shown as midget cute little dead US president when she's the stage 6 midboss, when she uses her spellcards and also when she loses to the heroine. 

And yes. Midboss raep. But they aren't really all that important and are just there for aesthetic purposes (except for Nachiko).
