Description A sketch of Maxime, a German Shepherd character (one of the "Russian Dogs") from the manga series Ginga Densetsu Weed, commissioned by ~LamishHamish .

Critiques warmly welcomed! I'd especially like advice on making dogs look breed-specific (does this dog look like a German Shepherd?).

He's very handsome, and his fur is very well done. The fur that comes up from his belly is a bit pointed out too much, but other then that it's very good.

Hey! I really like this so I don't want to say anything negative. But I would say the forehead needs to be... steeper? They have tall foreheads. I hope you know what I mean. Other than that, it's perfect!

Very pretty you got his good, non-scarred-face side here, certainly.
The front right leg looks a little weak or skinny for a GSD. It could just be me or the angle though. :3
