Oooh, very pretty!
Hate to be a broken record, but absolutely love your way of adding sparkles and bright highlights. The folds are a lot simpler and a lot more on the cartoony side, but the cloth shading is a big step up from - not to devalue it - your celtic harpist. Once more, do you scan or photograph? The glow and bloom on the frills is just excellent.
If there is something worth criticizing, Anna's tail emerges at a bit of an odd angle, and there is a bit of bleeding around the shoulders. It's not a lot, normally wouldn't be noticeable, but it is very close to the faces and might attract some attention.
Also, well earned bonus points for picking an original species rather than going with the sisters' semi-canon appearance in Zootopia. Otters, I think...

Thank you! This is a photograph-I do have a small scanner, but since this is going to be a poster sized painting when finished, I can only take a picture of the focused character at one time.
