Yes-it's sections with different classical music. The Pastoral Symphony is the music for the mythological part with the centaurs, pegasus, fauns,etc.It's my favorite part of the entire movie Β

These just get better and better! N.B. Walt Kelly did a lot of the work on the little assistants. One of Disney's 'Nine Old Men' went on record as saying that it wasn't a problem that Kelly couldn't match the rest of the animators' style, but that they couldn't match his. That must have helped when he took over the art of the Brownies comic book.

Different series, same name. Palmer Cox ran a series of books and other media from 1879 to 1924. This one was started in 1942 by George Kerr. Walt Kelly took over the series in late 1943 and worked on it off and on through the rest of the decade.
