Observation notes:
External body temperature seems to vary wildly on this species. Areas not otherwise in contact with heat source(i.e. fire) are indicated to be ice cold. When stationary and without using its fire abilities, this mon has visibly cold breath while breathing.
By examining the sounds and speech they use, as for all existing pokemon, we have deduced that the specimens here go by the names of:
Frufire(Fire/Flying)
Opterburn(Fire/Flying)
Vammpyre(Fire/Ghost)
Their abilities in battle arent well documented at this time, further research needed. Could they have come from a distance region?

That could work too. There was a big debate on the name on discord. Possible names were Countorch, Vampyro, Blastula and probably a couple others I've forgotten. So long before I had any designs sketch for these mon, I had the names in my head and for whatever reason I loved the pun on vampire with pyre being a big theme since its part ghost type and inspired after dracula and undead like vampires. The name might be too on the nose but I've been patiently waiting to use it for a couple years now haha
