Ya know how Ludwig can levitate? Yeah? Ya know one of his boss battles is in the sky? Yeah? Well here's what my inspiration was off of it (*˘︶˘*)~｡.:*♡I like to imagine when he floats he summons little transparent wings to help him sore. Even if he's chunky he's an excellent flyer. That's why I make him a Sky King Koopa.
