If I may ask, what media did you use? It looks like color pencils but also almost painted at the same time. I don't know why but there's something about this drawing that makes it a perfect blend of artistic and realistic. Even the expression on his face is captured so well, and the detail down to his little fingers and whiskers.

Aw, you say such lovely things

I used pastel pencils Purely because by Artistic Granny gave them to me and told me to have a go!

It took a lot of blending and re-working! x
