Well, this guy is Cypher. He's kind of a new character, but kind of not.He's actually 3 of my really old characters who I dont use any more, merged into one. Made up of bits of their personalities, back stories and designs. He's, err.... recycled. xD
Anyway, yeah... It's just a WIP at the moment, but I'm really pleased with him so far. It's 3am and I have work tomorow (today), so I'm too tired to write up any details about him. But I assure you, details will come along with the finished picture!
