Summary
oh my god, my eyes are so tired !! wee at last i finished this pretty artwork, I got it from the best artist -- no need to mention who she is, jee ! that was hard work !
I saved the deviation [link] i polished it, oh.
1. polishing: Softening etc ... the most difficult part was removing those lines. That was very very hard
2. coloring: that was very pretty ! the most hard part was coloring her hair -- i swear that i had to trace her hair !!!
3. design: that was easy and simple, haven't got any time for that !

you can do that from fireworks? I have that and I used to use it a lot until I got sidetracked by a friend I call pencil and stopped computer art. I was gonna ask about the lines how u got rid of them but I understand now lol. very nicely done!
