Description I drew this after Gambit on Bike, while I was still in the throes of my 'X-Men Comic Phase'. I'm very please with how it worked out.

So passionate. She's using protection, right?

Of the 'she'll punch him out if he gets too fresh' kind? Then yes.

I meant "I coated myself with latex so you can touch me and stay alive" kind, but after reading previous comments, I got the point.

Kubert was the best artist of the Xmen, and this nicely smacks of his flavor. Ooooohhhh, I LOVE it! And they're TOUCHING! Skin to skin! Ohhhhhhh... ::dances gleefully::

It was from a comic that I think was drawn by him. If you squint you can see that I wrote the name and number in the corner. The idea in the issue was that all the X-Men's wishes had come true, they were being accepted by the humans, and Rogue's powers were controlled (as well as Scott's)... etc... it was all good. I liked that issue very much so.

Was that a What If? or what was it? I think I missed that one. Granted, I haven't been able to pick up a comic in over a year. *cries* Which means that when I have the money again, I'm going to have to go buy all those back issues. GAH! not a happy thought.

It was an Annual, from 97. Quite a while ago. I haven't been able to get a comic in about three years. Concider yourself lucky. But then, after they completely futzed with the X-Men, I didn't feel like reading it anymore.

Uncanny or New X-Men? I may have seen it and am just forgetting it.

Hmmm... I may have missed it then. I never really kept up on Uncanny- until Nightcrawler moved over to that title.

Wow, that is so good! It looks almost exactly like Adam Kubert's style! Great job! (They're my second favorite X-couple. Scott and Jean are my fave.)
