This caption is only a prologue to the series. Parts 2-6 will be/are posted on my Discord over the next 5 days (part 2 is up now, which has the tg in it)Interestingly there were two different old-school Batman genie stories I could choose for the first caption. This one worked better with the idea the commissioner wanted. The other involved random mobsters and Batman was already a genie on the cover which would have made things difficult.
