Vego, the newest villan to the Neostars.

A young Virgil Venus(yeah, totally cliche' name, eh?) was a young aspiring college who had suffered a freak accident after a run-in with a bunch of thugs. This, caused him to turn into a human-plant hybrid. Vego became very bitter and hateful towards people, seeing only other plants as real friends. It was at that point Vego went on a vicious murder streak slaughtering each of those thugs who caused his mutation. Vego later ran into Shonnie Flash who engaged Vego in combat, after Vego had attacked two police men in self-defense. Shonnie had defeated Vego, but accidently knocked him into a wood-chipper. Shonnie was very guilty of Vego's fate(as Vego was constantly alluding to his past of abuse by people even before and after he was turned into a plant). But unknown to him at first, Vego's new plant like body has powerful regeneration powers. Even being sliced to paste and ribbons, Vego is basicly indestructable. Vego can usually be seen spying on the Neostars from a bush or tree outside their base. But deep down Vego is not evil at heart. He simply a very miserable person who just wants to be treated like as the decent human being he wants to be.
