Description
Alas, Root Beer Guy, one of my favorite Adventure Time character has gone the way of the 50th Dead World.
He has tragically fallen in the line of duty, in an effort to help stop the assault of the evil witch Maja and her giant colossus, Darren. His heroic sacrifice managed to help buy the heroes Fin and Jake time to prepare a massive counter attack against Maja's giant behemoth.
Root Beer Guy, ever since your break out episode, coincidentally named "Root Beer Guy". You have been cemented as my newest favorite Adventure Time character and I would've loved to see more of you, your lovely wife Cherry Cream Soda, and any possible adventures you would have with Finn, Jake and the rest of the colorful Adventure Time crew. But alas, all I have now are the dreams and the memories.

The most insulting part was that his death was off-screen and that he was not brought back to life like the other Candy Kingdom soldiers

I agree, dude. That was kind of demeaning...
Still, part of me feels that bringing him back as a clone would sort of cheapen the sacrifice.

I never laughed so hard at the death of my favorite charater. Also I hope PB clones him, quit cloning Braks and clone someone competent for once Globbit!

Part of me would love that, but at the same time it kind of cheapens the death.
Still, I have to agree. RBG was one of the few competent characters in PB's initial forces. I would've loved to see at least one or two other adventures with RGB before he gets killed off. He had so much potential...

I think an episode where Cherry Cream Soda Girl tries to live with his clone would be cool, but ultimately can't because she knows its not her real husband. And then someone would tell her the reason Maja was able to summon the beast that killed her husband was with something PB gave her and then she goes banoonanoos.

Whoa, that does sound like a good episode premise.
Especially, since we have yet to see CCS since RBG's death. I can only imagine how miserable she must've been to hear the news...

And yes I can not wait to see her reaction. Or even better, a scene where PB asks her if she wants her to clone her husband and then she FREAKS out! Also she's an attorney, so if she learns that her husband's death was the result of PB's actions she could sue the Candy Kingdom and then we'd have a courtroom drama episode.
