What I like the most about this is the fact that you didn't use a polarizer (or at least it doesn't look like you did!). I think a lot of people would focus on the detail in the water, trying to bring out the colours of the submerged leaves etc.

I like how you've done the opposite - the colours still come out, but only where we have those nice shadows cast by the trees in the background. The mix of shapes and light here is awesome!
