There really isn't a quick route to get as 'good as someone else'. It's not in anyone's best interests to compare their art to someone they call better. The advice I can give you is to just practice. Draw a lot and you might move faster than someone who draws periodically. Just remember, all art is amazing and good in its own way, don't compare yourself to anyone else.
