Description

WARNING: This script is meant to hypnotize you and put you in a trance, so if you are not into that, you can go along. You have been warned. This is also meant for girls, it is okay if you are a guy, it’s just not my preference. With that out of the way, enjoy.

Now first what I want you to do is just set a metronome to 65 bpm and have it be in sync with the gif at the top of this post.

Once you have that ready, I want you to pay attention to the clicks of the metronome, the moving of the pendulum, and just calmingly breathe in and out every four beats.

Just listen, watch, read and breathe.

Now I am going to start counting down from 10 which I want you to repeat.

Each number making you more relaxed.

10 - Just pay attention to the metronome.

9 - Let each tick of the metronome relax your entire body more and more.

8 - Each word, each tick, each sway makes you more comfortable.

7 - Put all of your attention on breathing, reading, listening and watching.

6 - Drown everything else out

5 - Nothing else is important to you right now

4 - Let the metronome take control of your mind

3 - Let the metronome make you into one of my mindless slaves

2 - When I hit zero, you will fall into a mindless trance

1 - Become a nice, mindless toy
