Description
With Sephiroth having been revealed two weeks ago, there are now three slots left in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighters Pass Vol. 2. So now Shantae, Jibanyan, Lilac, Spyro (Classic, but Skylanders would be okay, too), Bandana Waddle Dee, and Ayumu Uehara (in Mobian form) are fighting over a Smash Invitation for who gets to be in one of the three remaining slots.Spyro ought to be in Smash Bros., because he's an iconic video game character, up there with Mario, Sonic, and Pac-Man. He's also a PlayStation legend!
Jibanyan should join Smash, because Yo-Kai Watch was a hit in Japan, and he can restore interest in the Yo-Kai Watch series, which hasn't had anything new in like, ever.
Bandana Dee should be in Smash, because he's the only playable character in Kirby's Return to Dream Land who isn't in yet; besides, if they can include a Piranha Plant, why not a Waddle Dee? Also, he'd be the first enhanced Spirit to become a Fighter.
Shantae should be a fighter, because she can give a unique playstyle with her genie abilities and hair whip. She can be another Fighter who was originally a Spirit.
Lilac should be in Smash Bros., even though she's in Indie Pogo, a game similar to Smash. There ought to be more fighters from indie games, besides Steve.
Ayumu ought to get into Smash Bros., because let's face it: Love Live is a worldwide phenomenon, and has crossed over with games such as Granblue Fantasy, Shadowverse, and Revue Starlight. It's surprising that Love Live has not yet been included in Smash. The seiyuus of μ's were also in The Guided Fate Paradox, credited as the idols they voiced! Also, she comes from a video game, that being Love Live! School Idol Festival ALL STARS, technically fitting the criteria of "video game characters only". There also hasn't been a fighter from a rhythm game yet.
Update/Edit: With Pyra and Mythra revealed, there are now TWO slots left.
Update/Edit: With Kazuya Mishima announced, only ONE slot remains.
Update/Edit: With the controversy regarding Activision, looks like Spyro's chances of getting into Smash are rather slim. And Shantae's a Mii Fighter costume, so, so much for wanting her to join the battle.
Update/Edit: Welp, the final fighter has been revealed, and it's Sora, from Kingdom Hearts. Looks like these six will be fighting for a loooooooong time.
