This is another promotional pic for BenTheFox1996 's Iron Mouse stories.
Fiona, Sally, Nicole, Blaze, and the girls of μ's (excluding Kotori) were at Super Happy Cosplay Anime Convention. Their mission? Find and purchase an ultra-rare Mew Mew Kissy Cutie Figma for Fiona. Apparently, she collects Mew Mew Kissy Cutie stuff. While looking for it, they saw a familiar bird wearing an unfamiliar outfit, chatting with a merchant. It was Kotori, in her Avatar Form, calling herself "White Minalinsky". She somehow came into possession of the White Dove Miraculous, giving her powers of wind, flight, and purification. She also has a Deck Commander. As White Minalinsky, Kotori uses it when not using her Gale Hammer.

??? (Kotori): "Excuse me!"
Honoka and co.: "Huh?"
??? (Kotori): "I heard you have a picture of me, on a holographic card. I can't let you sell that. You have to get rid of it right away!"
TMNT!Fiona: "Hey, is that Kotori?"
??? (Kotori): "Eek!"
TMNT!Sally: "Kotori, what are you doing here?"
??? (Kotori): "Um... Ah..." *picks up discarded capsule shells and holds them over her eyes* (using an accent) "Ko-to-ri? So sorry! I no understand you!"
Rin: "*gasp* It's that foreigner from Akiba!"
Eli: "Really, Rin?"
Honoka: "Kotori, we know it's you."
??? (Kotori): "So sorry! Good-bye for now, lady girls! Take care of yourselves! Farewell...! See ya!" *runs away*

That was a nod to Episode 9, Season 1, of Love Live! School Idol Project, "Wonder Zone", where Kotori tried to fool her friends by holding capsule pieces over her eyes and using an accent, so that they wouldn't know she was the Legendary Akiba Maid Minalinsky.
