It's good to know that I've improved so much over two years. Whoo! That felt satisfying!
The first picture was supposed to be Modern Day!Aang, but the second picture doesn't resemble him much. xDDDDDD Shoulda tried harder to make him look like the real Aang.....ah well.

I suppose so lol... or at least to draw him in manga/anime style, versus realistic, which is how I prefer drawing him!
I guess I'm more jealous of how you are able to replicate others' styles- I have no skills towards that whatsoever, and thus tend to just... draw. XD

Well, hey, if you can draw him realistically, then that's pretty darn impressive! It's tough to draw realistic Ed, what with his gravity defying hair and all! xDDDD
But that's good, don't you see? It's important to have your own individual style as an artist; it's your identity in a way. Even I have a style, despite the fact I try to replicate FMA: B's. My style is soft, and fluffy with thick lines, and though FMA: B's lines are much like mine in the way that they aren't sharp or angular (which is probably the only reason I can replicate it at ALL), there's still a noticible difference between my drawings and the anime.

I know, right? I almost didn't put it under ATLA, but when I remembered the blue arrow on his fingerless glove, I figured I had better, just to be safe. In retrospect, I definitely could've gotten away with it. I mean, the body language is all wrong; Aang doesn't pose like a badass unless he's about to kick some Fire Nation butt. xDDDDDDDD
