I'd scanned this logo out of the Deep Space Nine Technical Manual before; however, I recently found a better, cleaner copy of it on the net.This would be another neat patch, if I could find one.
Per SOP, I take absolutely no credit for the artwork. I just clean it up and wallpaper it. (The only hint of the original author is "Hawk," but I don't know any more.)

I just downloaded a copy of it off of RapidShare. 
I also acquired e-versions of the original Star Fleet Technical Manual and the Voyager TM. I might get ST:TNG one as well.
I'm getting them for reference purposes. One of my upcoming projects is the starship I used in my old ST:RPG campaign many years ago.
