I really like this, the detail in the fur is fantastic and I love the blue highlights on the black wolf. However, their hands don't look quite right to me (sorry). The background is also very nice.

Well this is certainly different than your usual works.
You really captured that Fallout atmosphere, must say. It falls well in line with your style though, especially with the anthro characters. Well done on inplementing as many details as you have, and the lighting is captured almost perfectly. Diggin' that depth factor too!
