In what distant deeps or skies.
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?

I always love having the opportunity to paint big cats. Tried to be a little more subtle with my blues, but it's hard you know? Just have such a tendency to make everything super colourful, haha.

I do that colourful thing too, you can't resist the colours! Just give into it haha

This looks very nice, the colours give of a gold effect. Sure you could have made them a little different, but at this point it's just subjective to what you want the viewer to feel. These gold tones and subtle blues make it look very sparkly and royal, a great choice.

Ahh I just checked out your work - I love your fish! Ahh they're the perfect subject for using brights, haha.


Thank you My aim was to try and keep the blues a bit more desaturated so they weren't competing for attention with the golds.

Haha thanks I get interested in animals and then I can't stop drawing them! My previous interests was cats, which did not exactly align with bright colours, fish work quite well in comparison.Β
