The canvas was an old one I had gessoed over. It had remains of mixed media applications under it. I'm a cheapskate

Some of them are loaded to here, others - no. I'd like to have your opinion. I just have two things in mind I could offer as advice.
1. Oil painting - Draw-Mix-Paint.com has a series of excellent YOUTUBE instructional videos, I found helpful for painting.
2. Drawings - In drawing composition, think how to make the most harmonious linkages you can of foreground, midground and background, otherwise the drawings will only convey a directed mood.Β
